Risks and risk management
Risk taking and risk management are a natural part of all business operations. Strategy choices, the daily operations and the developments in Green Cargo's surroundings contain risks. The Scorecard and its six target areas are also used to regularly evaluate our exposure to different risks and offset them.
Green Cargo does not have a separate function for risk management since the assessment and management of risks are an integrated part of the organisation and its control.
