The consolidated accounts and the annual report were prepared per international accounting standards contained in Regulation (EC) No.1606/2002 of the European Parliament and Council dated 19 July 2002, regarding application of international accounting standards and generally accepted accounting principles, and provide a true and fair view of the Group’s and parent company’s financial position and results of operations. The Administration Report for the Group and Parent Company provides a true, fair overview of the Group’s and Parent Company’s operations, financial position and results of operations – plus significant risks and uncertainty factors that the Parent Company and the companies in the Group may be exposed to.
